Ht. 5'7, Wt. N:255-260 G:180 - Is it possible to lose 25-30 pounds by the end of June and 35-40 more after that by the end of September? If so does anyone have any ideas or tips that they have had success in. If I can lose the 70 pounds in total I will weigh 190. Its not my goal but it would be a new look for back to school. Any ideas of meals and exercise...i'll try anything but a fad diet :) THANKS and INPUT & REPLIES ARE APPRECIATED

You have to mae the commitment first and get motivated you cant just wake up one day and decide lose wight. Its a long process but If yu stick to it then it wont be that difficult along the way . Remember you did gain weight overnight so you wont lose it over night. As far as food try eliminating one at a time dont try to force yourself to eat a whole different diet. it takes a while to get used to and to stick to it trust me i know. For my exercise i do 30 minutes a day 5 days a week (mn-fri) then i weight myself that Saturday morning. I lose about 2 pounds a week. But weight loss is relatively easy when you first begin because you lose water weight. But yea i do think its possible for you to lose 20 pounds by the end of june but im not sure if you will make the other goals that fast but try your best and see what happens Good Luck!!!
