Ht. 5'5, Wt. 147 - Hey girls im here to tell you ive lost another pound! so far ive lost 17 only 17 to go lol well i figured out what to do i had to change my exersise routine thats why i hit a brick wall! Good luck to all of you girls

well first off i ate the same things i ate before i started my diet...it wasnt what i ate it was how much of it i ate, so i cut back i still have alot of diet food like fruits and veggies but if i really have a craving i eat what i want other wise i will go off of my diet and i kno this because ive done it plenty of time before...and for my exersice routine i borrowed DDR(Dance Revoolutin) from my friend, and i started out walking atleast 15 to 20 minutes a day i brought a stop watch with me...i also did billy blanks bootcamp which is a tae bo tape and i started out doing 15 mins of that i did not start this all in one day i worked up to it, and so far its took me a month and about 5 days i hope i could help good luck everyone!

whats ur eating habits like? how long did it take you? and how much exercise daily? plz I need help.
