If you try hard following these things Im going to say then you can probably lose about 2lbs a week. 1) eat healthily- cut out sodas junk food (chocolates chips fast food cupcakes etc) then you need to Exercise Start off at 10 minutes each day then build it up until you do an hour.You need a mix of cardio and toning Exercises. Cardio being things that make your heart pump pump pump faster such as cycling swimming running or jogging walking etc..and a few toning Exercises such as crunches situps using a gym ball etc. You also need motivation which is what everyone forgets often.Cut out pictures from magazines of people with good bodies (not anorexic bodies) and work your way to have the same body.
