Ht. 5'8, Wt. 178.5 - well from tomorrow im going on such a strict diet, only eating 1200-1300 cals per day and drinking 2litres of water and plenty of exercise. Im now just so sick of my weight and now im really motivated to lose the weight. I want to lose 30lbs by september, because thats when im off to college and obviously meeting new people so i want to look good! I wish now that i had stuck to my diet back when i started in january because if i lost 2lbs per week id have lost about 30-40lbs and then i could b looking good for summer instead of frumpy lol! well i hope everyone else is motivated for the beginning of a new month! good luck!

hey girl, great plan! i think you only need 1 to 1.5 liters a day, though, that's a LOT of water trust me! yeah my goas are the same, i want to be about 130 by sept, so yeah about 40lbs to go. good making goals like that, but ty to break em down, like i wanna be 170 in 3 weeks and 65 by the end of june. also, ur weight is close to mine, i was 184 at the end of feb! good luck! :)
