Ht. 5'6", Wt. 200-210 - hey is riding a stationary bike cardio because it doesnt really feel like its working my heart and its not that tiring as much as running is.ive read it is, but it doesnt seem that hard and i have it set to be as hard as it can, it makes me sweat a little and after a half hour or an hour my legs start to tire, but it doesnt feel liek cardio, it just feels like a leg exercise. thanks and id run on a treadmill, but i just got off crutches after injuring ky knee like a month ago and its not completely healed yet.please reply soon.
Reply from Julie, Age 15 - 04/30/06 - IP#: 72.140.84.xxx yeah, I have one too, I use it when im watching tv, go on it for about an hour, a couple times i did 50 minutes, the first time i burned like 400 caloreis and the second time i did it for the same time(50 min) and burned like 468 calories
