Ht. 5'3, Wt. 154 - i feel really really bad for yesterday...i am on this low carb diet..its not like the atkins...its way healthier..anyways...yesterday was this thing in my school we had to do and we had pizza, cookies, you name it they had...i had a cookie, cupcake, and pizza/chips...if thats not bad enough when i got home i ate more cookies, cheese its, popcorn...and then dinner!! i was like OMG! cuz thats over 50 carbs..and since im on a low carb diet..it sucks!!! i hope i didnt gain any weight from that because i only have 30 more lbs to go...ok well good luck every1!! --jenna

just exercise it off and burn the cals/carbs that you gained and don't let it happen again! lol but it's ok, don't worry about it. We all go crazy sometimes.

It looks like you binged on carbs because they aren't allowed much in your diet. You might wanna try a balanced diet and just eat less. This way your body will not have the urge to eat so much because your brain will be satisfied. Carbs are great for energy and your brain. Try eating carbs mixed with protein to keep you full longer.

that was way more than 50 carbs...but just do better tomorrow. i'm thinking about cutting back a little on carbs soon...
