Ht. 6'0, Wt. 210.5 - Breakfast-oatmeal snack-a nutri grain bar? it had like oats in it...it was really good dinner-2 peices of chicken and bread and butter...excercize-walked around at the track meet for like 3 hours.Good Luck!

if you didnt already now your healthy wieght range is 135-160 but your ideal weight is 145lbs exercise at least 5 times a week and consume 1,500- 1,800 calories a day to lose 3-4lbs a week
