Ht. 5'4", Wt. 210 - Just wanted to know how I did today. Breakfast: Special K Cereal w/ fat free milk. Lunch: Banana. Dinner: Chicken breast sandwich(grilled) with mustard, lettuce, and pickles and some green beans on the side. Snack: Banana & strawberries & a 1/2 C fat free milk. I only rode a mile on my stationary bike, but that's 1/2 a mile more than I did yesterday. How'd I do?
