Ht. 5ft 4in., Wt. 173.8lb - okay, disregarding the comment i got being a "nigg" izzy is a nickname. anyway, for the rest of you, today my food was: breakfast:lowfat muffin,yogurt/ snack:2 light cookies/ lunch: turkey and cheese sandwhich, pudding/ snack:goldfish. later i'm gonna do my 30min exercise tape! :0)
