Ht. 5'4, Wt. Too much - If I continue with me 6 day vegetarian diet, 1 cheat meal a week diet, along with a 1.5 mile walk around my hilly neighborhood, 30 minutes on a heavily inclined treadmill, 100 bicep curls with 20 pounds on each arm, occasional tennis playing, some squats and 100 crunches daily I could lose 40-50 pounds by september?

make sure you're getting at least 60g of protien a day

i think that might be a little much weight to lose but maybe 30-40 but if u do lose 40-50 that would be AWESOME! good luck and do ur best! and just take it slow:)

I think you could definately do it. Maybe add a jog with no incline while your walking...just an idea, good luck!
