Ht. 6'0, Wt. 210.5 - breakfast-half of a meal replacement bar snack-popcicle dinner-porkchops,peice of bread and butter and a couple bites of lime a beans.excercize i ran up and down my hallway 100 times and did 100 crunches...i think im gonna tell my mom to go buy me the ddr max game sounds like it works...am i considered obese? one the internet it says i am but everyone else just says im overweight.

get in a bigger breakfast- less bread and bitter- more lima beans, more fruits. good luck!

i dont think u would be obese because im 5'6 190 and i dont look that bad but maybe u should just eat a little better and im sure u will do good GOOD LUCK!:)
