Ht. 5'4", Wt. 161 G-120 - Breaky- rice krispies with whole milk and a banana. Lunch- peanut butter sandwich on whole wheat,water bottle and 100 calorie pack. Snack- water bottle and an apple. Dinner- peanut butter sandwich on whole wheat bread, and a glass of milk. I wasnt that hunry, a lot of stuff went on this afternoon. exercise is walking around the mall later tonight. not much exercise or food, i know, but like i said, a lot of issues have come up today. so how did i do? =]

honey, pb&j for lunch and dinner?? variety is the key! it's better to have soemmm protein and veggies for dinner,and then like a pear for dessert. well other than that pretty good! but u really should switch to like fat free plus of 1-2% milk, saving a ton of unhealthy fat!
