Ht. 5'6", Wt. 180 - Guys...i am utterly pathetic! you would think that i would stick to my diet this week because i have to fit into my dress for prom on saturday, but NOOO! I don't know what in the name of King Triton i am thinking! Oh yeah, i'm not thinking! Does anyone have any tips on how to control your eating? I mean, I ate a large bowl of cereal while waiting for my brother to get out of the bathroom so i could brush my teeth and i had already had supper and a mug of hot chocolate with marshmallows. Holy crap on toast! Will someone please slap me?!

just chew some sugar0 free gum when you get a craving. it always works for me but you also have to get out of the kitchen, then it will go away.

Ive figured out the best ever way to contol cravings when you get a craving that split secoond the craving comes brush your teeth with the strongest minty toothpaste ever and the thought of eating junk food with a minty breath sickens you it works with me evert time! Hope i helped
