Ht. 5ft. 4", Wt. 173.8 - hey well everyone i hope i did better today. so far i've eaten: breakfast: 1 whole wheat, fat free waffle w/peanut butter and a banana, yogurt/ snack:bag of lowfat cookies(made w/oatmeal) and yogurt/lunch:tuna kit/snack: pear and pudding/exercise: 30 min of exercise tape that inlcudes plaites and cardio. how'd i do?
