Ht. 5'5 1/2, Wt. 160 - Hi everyone...ive posted a few times before and i dont seem to be getting any help ,I really need someone to plz help. Im 14 and weigh 160 pounds i know thats not verry helthy. so can anyone give me advice on how to lose 35 pounds, i will be starting high school in september and really want to shock everyone. I would not consider myself huge, i guess you could say i carry my weight well. so if anyone has any advice plz help :) thx alot - Shay
Reply from Izzy, Age 13 - 05/04/06 - IP#: 68.46.182.xxx also, things like whole wheat bread instead of whaite, whole grain pasta instead of regular and sweet potatoes instead of white are a lot more nutrional for you and help you loose wieght.STAY AWAY FROM SODAS! REPEAT! TRY TO HAVE THEM ONLY 3-4 TIMES A MONTH! :) on that nore good luck shay! p.s. i did see ur posts, sorry i don't think i replied.
