Ht. 5'4", Wt. 161 G-120 - Breakfast: rice krispies with 1% milk and a banana, lunch- peanut butter sandwich on wheat bread, water, 100 calorie pack, cookie, Dinner- grilled chicken sandwich, water bottle. snack- cut up banana and apple in a bowl, 2 water bottles. exercise: softball in gym, 45 minute walk.
