Ht. 5'4'', Wt. 5000000+ - Ughh latley ive been doing SO bad. Ive gained back like 7 lbs. So im going to start eating just 4 times a day (breakf, lunch, dinner and a snack) and drinking all water and working out every day for an hour and a half. my dad is pushing me to workout like today im going for an hour. Ughhh hope this works.
Reply from claire, Age 15 - 05/05/06 - IP#: 84.92.133.xxx On the previous page you said that you only eat 700 calories a day, So the reason you are gaining weight is cos unless you carry on eating 700 calories the rest of your life your gonna gain weight over the slightest thing, say you ate a chocolate bar, to people that are eating plenty of calories that wont make any difference but for you it would not a lot of difference but enough to add up and make you put on weight. The reason for all of this is eating 700 calories puts your body into starvation mode so if you have a little slip up on your diet your body will store it as fat. Hope i helped and remember you can loose weight eating more than 700 calories!
