Ht. 5'6, Wt. 165 - hey... um i was jus wonderin if some one could help me.. .like i dont have time to go to a gym and work out... and my parents cant afford those programs....i know u guys say u could run up the stairs and back done but i only live in a one floor apartment... and i cant run outside without riskin my life of gettin shot or raped..... ... im not hungry all of the time but.. when i get upset i see a comfort in food... i am 20 pounds over weight... does anyone no a quick way to lose that b4 july or maybe the middle of june?? i know its possible becuz many girls do it... but i jus need help....

but a skipping rope (which doesnt cost much) and use it for 30 minutes every day! Skipping is the best exercise for loosing weight!
