Ht. 5'1", Wt. 178 - Hey I come from a school where everyday for lunch we have something from either burger king mcdonalds etc.. I don't think theres one kid of normal weight in the school. As you can see by my weight, its definetly not normal. I carry most of my weight in my mid section. all my shirts ride up and stick out and my waist size keeps growing. Any tips? O by the way, we cant bring a lunch because it could be a bomb (public skool)
Reply from claire, Age 15 - 05/05/06 - IP#: 84.92.133.xxx every time you eat mcdonald or burger king only eat half of it. If you do this you will be only consuming half of what you usually do so you will loose weight and a tip, try to choose the healthiest thing on the menu!

Reply from jasmine, Age 14 - 05/04/06 - IP#: 152.163.101.xxx do u have stairs in ur house? um try runin up and down in the morninng before u take a shower and in the night before take a bath... try runnin up 40 times...and if its to much cut it by 1/4th..... but once u get the hang of and it becomes easy try doin more... also... if u eat mc donald in school make sure at recess or whatever.. that u could try to burn at least half of the calories u eaten.. like the big mac has 360 calories right? then u have to burn at least 180 and it would be like a regular meal.. also.if u eatin a hamburger take off the bread... and eat a portion of it... eat maybe half... that way u wouldnt have to burn hardly any calories
