Ht. 5'6, Wt. 166 - i weigh 166 and im suppose 2 weigh 145 ....damn im over weight... s o i guess i really have to lose 21 pounds.. and im graduatin this year i dont want to feel fat in my dress.....damn....any one? help please any suggestions

oh hello, we r practically the same stats. I'm 5 foot 6 and 164-166. cool huh.? lol

Get alot of cardio into your daily routine..at least 30 mins a day..then do streght training like every other day or so..Also..eat 5 - 6 small *low fat* (200-300) calorie meals every 2-3 hours, from when you wake up till about an hour till you go to sleep.
