Ht. 5ft. 4", Wt. 173.8 - breakfast: a bowl of lowfat peanut butter cereal and a banana/ snack: yogurt, tiny piece of soft pretzel (no salt)/lunch: salad w/ chicken and greens, a small portion of fries, and a frozen fat free yogurt/dinner:cup of veggie pasta w/ meatballs, bread. no exercise today but it's a special day for me cause i'm going to a party now and i splurged, oh well how'd i do?
