Ht. 5'7, Wt. 248 - this is my day so far without supper ok breaky none didnt have time lunch a sandwhich with provolone cheese and ham snack the special k bites another snack is a vanilla yougurt exersise 80 minutes of cardio at the gym and a 90 minutes softball practice how did i do
