Ht. 5'3", Wt. 198.5 - For the last few days, I was trying to lose a few pounds before prom, to get under 200, and as you can see I did!!! All I did was cut my calories down to 1200, and did some push ups and weight lifting for like 5 minutes a night. I lost 4 pounds in 3 days, which I was pretty happy about. The only thing is, I was really hungry and got a massive headache! So I figured I wasn't eating enough. So my question is, how many calories should I have every day, I was think 1500, but I'm not sure, please help me out!!! Oh and, just to let you know, my prom was great!
Reply from Shan, Age 19 - 05/07/06 - IP#: 24.201.88.xxx you'll still lose weight if you eat 1500. Try to eat 3 bigger meals involving: protein, carbs, and fruit/vegetables. and 3 snacks involving protein and a carb (ex: fruit and yogurt). this will help keep you full. also drink a lot of water.
