Ht. 6'0, Wt. 209 - ok..so yesterday at like 3 in the morning me and 6 of my friends went on a 10 mile walk/run it was so fun so i substituted that for my excercize and did 200 crunches.breakfast-got up to late lunch-pretzel dinner-chicken and a piece of low cal bread.drank water all day...tomorrow is my weekley weigh in to see if i lost ne more! BYE.

okay wellu really should eat something for brekfast, try like a yogurt and a piece of fruit to go or a power bar. you seem a bit un balanced. good exercise but u should really try to eat more fruits and veggies, k. good luck! :0)
