Reply from Andie, Age 15 - 05/07/06 - IP#: 216.16.98.xxx i do the same thing, im trying to loose weight at the same time as strengthening a bad knee, its ok to do that, that means you must hav an active life style if you keep yourself up to that for a while you could start to tone down and gain some muscle, ive been doin it and my bad leg has gotten stronger and ive been loosin weight just by walkin on a tredmill and lifting weights, while doin that i make sure to take some vitamins and drink alot of water while trying to stay away from red meat, just eat your healthy fruits, veggies, a chicken, but remember dont eat to much of it you can still gain some weight from eating to much of it, just watch yourself your on a great start -andie

Because if you started your diet and you hadnt excersized that much before that, itll be a big change and youll lose weight. when you get on a weight platue(sp) then you can up it up. Thats what im doing so when i get stuck i can up it up and wont be doing too much already. (its also probably safer for your body :D)
