Ht. 5`8``, Wt. 160 - ok people always say you dont look 160 i mean i shock them when I say it, but I always feally fat because I lost so much weight but I still feall really fat I mean I lost 30 lbs but no im still fat i need a diet plan and some exercise tips

im the same height as u and what i learned is that when ur that tall people think that u weight 10-15 pounds less than u do.
