Ht. 5'3, Wt. 183 - i need help, ive been workin out by walkin a mile and sometimes two a day, im also doin crunches leg lifts and workin with weights, but i cant seen to get myself to loose any weight, along with my exercises im eatin fruits a veggies and no red meat, so i take vitimins to substitute my red meat, everyday i cry from seeing all of the beautiful skinny gurls and wish that i could be one of them, but im not, i hav a bad knee and two bad ankles, and the excercises that i am doin are just puttin alot of stress on them, is there anything i can do that will not put stress on my knee and ankles, and help me loose weight so i can get back to the thing i absolutely love (volleyball)

when i broke my knee i did yoga because i couldnt walk alot

swimming is a good exercise and it helps your joints feel better
