Ht. 5'7, Wt. N:255-260 G:180 - Starting tommorow i'm going to try something totally new...and I need adivce please. BREAKFAST-- Bowl of cereal with 2 percent milk (for the cals). Lunch--Tuna Sandwhich with a bowl of cereal & alot of water. Dinner w/e my dad decides to cook if not ill have one or two tuna sandwhiches on wheat with little or no mayo and my low fat, low calorie sandwhich spread, with water. As for exercise, 45 minutes of walking, 30 minutes of stationary biking. After dinner 50 minutes of DDR and 10 minutes of my belly dancing tape (that tape kicks your butt). Any more ideas? BTW my two snacks will consist of fruit. HELP!!!!

Have something other than tuna. Or at least put veggies on your sandwiches... lettuce, tomato, cut up celery, pickles? Also, be careful about the mayo, it adds up quick!
