Ht. 5'6, Wt. 157 - I'm trying to lose weight but it's hard to stay motivated. I joined a gym membership, and workout 4 maybe 5 times a week. But the results take to long to show, and if I don't lose 10 lbs by July, I won't be allowed to compete in my dance competition. Any advice on losing weight and staying motivated.

write the word 'dance' on every piece of junk food in your house. when you reach for it, it will remind you that you can live without it to achieve your goal. good luck.
p.s. you couuld even write 'dance' 'eat banana instead'
