Ht. 5ft. 4", Wt. 173.8 - today my food has been: breakfast: 1 lowfat chocolate muffin, yogurt/ snack:bag of cookies (6 g of fat only)/lunch:3/4 of a ham+cheese sandwhcih with a little cole slaw, no mayo/snack:sugar free pudding/dinner:1 cup of pasta, slalad, and veggie soup, 3 pieces of bread?/exercise:30 min of arobic/cardio workout session. how'd i do?

youu did well, but try to see if your satisfed after just 1 piece of bread tomorrow. then if you're really still hungry go from there. good job.
