Ht. 5'1", Wt. 210 - My name is Samantha, I weigh 210lbs, I'm 17 and I'll be going off to college in the fall. My weight has never bothered me before but I'm turning over a new leaf and I want to lose 10% of my body weight (21lbs) before September. Like I said, I've never tried to lose weight before so I don't know how realistic that is, but I'm going to try anyway. I want to do this the healthy way, and that includes a good support system.
