Ht. 5ft. 4", Wt. 173.8 - hey guys! food today: breakfast-fat free whole grain waffle w/peanut butter and banana, yogurt, fat free choc milk/snack: lowfat cookies/lunch:cottage double and crackers, sugar free pudding/snack:light yogurt. how am i doin so far? :)
