Ht. 5'5, Wt. 150 - is this a good meal for today?
Breakfast: Slim Fast
Lunch: Two bags of Baked Cheetos and Two Rolls
Supper: Slim Fast, Banana, and a Corn on the cob
also, someone PLEASE tell me a good diet or exercise plan to get to 130 pounds!!

Hi uh you should not eat chips daily. Instead of two bags eat one. Also try sparkpeople.com. They are free diet program. They help tell you how to exercise and to keep track of how many calories you eat.

the bread is not good...and the chips, you should have 1 small bag of low fat chips then a fruit or something for lunch

Slimfast is high in sugar. dont have it more than once a day, if at all.
