Ht. 5'7, Wt. N:255-260 G:180 - PLEASE HELP--I need input..I want to start somethin else different soon and I need to know if i'm healthy enough. BREAKFAST- Slimfast shake, oatmeal or a meal replacement bar. LUNCH--Regular veggie salad or a Fruit salad. DINNER-- Either a Veggie salad with baked or grilled skinless chicken breast in it with low fat and low cal dressing, or a really huge Fruit salad, or a tuna salad or just a plain tuna sandwhich on wheat. ALL WATER ALL DAY and once a week a sugar free popsicle. Exercise, 30 minute walk, 30 minutes biking, playing DDR to burn 350 cals, kickboxing for 10 minutes and on occasions I might workout with my bellydancing workout tape. After I lose another 20 pounds i'm going to start toning exercises...INPUT PLEASE...HELP!

put more protien into your diet earlier in the day and while fruit is good, choose more veggies, they have less sugar. I reeeeally admire your excercise and with the change in your plan that you want, I think you can do it as long as you're determined.

But is it ok? lol And I cant exercise all at once, one at a time lol

That's intense. Good luck doing all that excersize....wow.
