Ht. 5'9, Wt. 185 - hi everyone! im going through a bad stage with my weight. i went to weight loss camp this summer at 215 and lost about 30 pounds and came back at about 185, from then to about february i lost 10 to 15 pounds and it depended on the day but i was in the low 170's. then something snapped and i had no motivation at all to eat right or excersice. i'm trying to lose those 10 to 15 pounds back again plus in the next year i would love to be at my goal weight between 150-160. any ideas for motivation????

it's about persistence, not perfection hun, so get back on the horse! I'm just full of cliches today, lol, sorry. anyway, know that we all support you and KNOW you can do it. when you go to eat something ask yourself 'is this a healthy choice? is it helping me reach my goal? and if it's not, is it worth the good flavor (which lasts only a short time) for the pounds it's helping to pack on?' Asking myself that helps me make better choices, maybe it can help you too. good luck.

whoa Sarah...shutup. Emily, these type of people just lack something....A HOBBY, so really just ignore them. They are pretty sad.

motivation comes from inside of you. ask yourself questions; Do I want to lose weight?, Do I want to get healthy?, Do I want to reach my goal of 160?, Can I make this happen? Am I willing to change my life and make it alright?..Make a commitment, a promise to yourself and DON'T break that promise!, don't ever back down because losing weight is a gradual process and at times you'll just be like "Screw it, this isn't working for me" but it willl, patience is the key and the positive results will make you work even harder! besides you've lost a miraculous 30 lbs! that's amazing! so amaze yourself by losing 30 more~!You can do this. GOOD LUCK!! :)
