Ht. 5ft. 4", Wt. 173.8 - oh and today i did really well accept i had a small ice cream cause it was SO hot today, i felt like a kid cuase i haven't had ice cream outta a truck in ages, so i'm not feelin too awful. :) breakfast:lowfat high fiber peanut butter cereal w/banana, yogurt/ snack:baked cheetos/ lunch:turkey and cheese sandwhich, sugar free pudding/snack: popsicle/dinner:veggie burger, salad, small cone. exercise: softball practice
Reply from Samantha, Age 17 - 05/10/06 - IP#: 24.61.182.xxx softball is great excercise, lots of running, right? ice water would have been a better choice over ice cream but you know, sometimes you just want the ice cream and thats ok as long as its not too often. baked cheetos are something i might try, good idea.

I had an apple for snack instead of chips and it felt good to do. I'm noticing tho that my school doesn't really offer weightloss-compatible lunches. Bringing my own is anything but convenient but it might just be what I have to do. Hmm... Sandwich, lots of veggies on it... and a banana. That sounds good I think I'll go make it right now. Later.
