Ht. 6'0, Wt. 205 - breakfast-half a slimfast bar lunch-nothing snack-popcicle dinner-half a small thing of chili from wendys and a salad but no dressing to many calories...excercise-walk/ran a mile 400 crunches...im felling them now haha....how did i do?
