Ht. 5,5", Wt. ssh! not til im thin - :'( do any of u have those days wen you just wanna give up your diet becuz u just think its not working? I do... and I feel horrible i went 2 a buffet 2day 4 mothers day and i ate alotta dessert! omg! i wanna cry... i feel awful an i dont like it... and *cries* this sux! why in the world did i let myself go? :( lol... oh yeah if u got myspace add me at www.myspace.com/adotria k ;)

Weight loss is one of the more challenging tasks that a person can conquer. It's a slow and painful process. You don't see results immediately so you give up - thinking that you haven't made any improvements. Before you see an improvement in your waist line, you'll start to notice that you have better cardiovascular endurance. Then, you might start to notice some muscles you didn't have before. It won't be until about a month or so before your pants become looser. But if you keep on board with your new healthy lifestyle, you'll find more & more changes. You'll have more energy and even just keeping up a healthy lifestyle will give you much more confidence. It'll all begin to build off that. You'll see the pounds dropping and you'll be so happy when you see the end result. You can do it! Just keep working at it. It's not worth giving up. Good things come to those who wait! So be patient & I promise you'll be glad.
