You should eat more than 3 meals a day. 4-6 small meals a day is recommended because it speeds up your metabolism and will trick your stomach into thinking you're alll the time but really you are just having small meals which will keep you full and it is good for the abdominal system. Working out is key also, go for a walk or a run, put on some music and dance! cardio, aerobics. All of it. Have a variety of foods instead of the samething. Of course course watch out for the BAD foods out there and I'm sure everyone knows which one those are...Good Luck!

Dieting is a temporary thing. Therefore, the weightloss is temporary as well. You need to adjust to a new healthy lifestyle. Make sure you eat 3 meals a day...it'll keep your metabolism up. Make sure you ingest protein, carbs, and even fat in your diet. Your body does need them all. Just keep your carbs and fat in small portions. Try to eat fiberous foods - I even take a vitamin B complex to help keep my metabolism up. Most importantly you NEED exercise. Make sure it's something fun that you'd like to do. Ride your bike, go to the local pool, aerobics, running, skipping, join a sports team volleyball, soccer. Just anything you really like! Workout atleast 3 days a week. Every other day. Lifting weights is a great weigh to tone your entire body and burn tons of fat. I could go on forever. You can adjust to your new lifestyle gradually. Start off eating healthier foods. Then try an activity to get moving. Eventually you'll be in a good place.
