Ht. 5'3", Wt. 197 - Over the past two weeks I've been doing really good with my dieting, I've lost about 6 pounds. I'm not having too hard of a time with it, it's just for the past three days I have weighed the exact same, so I think I am on a plateau. How should I get past it, and how long will it take to get past??? I am quite sick of it, and I want to be down to 195 for my graduation this Saturday. I know it's different for everbody, but any estimations even of how long it should take me to get past this????

change your workout. maybe add another 15-30 min workout to your diet

when i hit a plateua u change up my schedule cuz thats what a plateau is when your body gets to used to your eating and excerciseing schedule so just change some things up and you should be off it in a couple of days GOOD LUCK!
