Ht. 5'6, Wt. 195 - can anybody please tell me how this sounds if i eat
for breakfast something healthy and filling
for lunch something healthy and small yet filling
and for dinner a slim fast shake?

for lunch you should have to slim fast and dinner a regular meal

It all depends on what your eating. I find that eating protein(like peanut butter) for lunch really fills me up and I'm not as hungry
