Ht. 5'5, Wt. 255 - hey.....i also want to loose weight ..by next year...lets see my school finishes like on june 22 and probly starts like in september...i i herd that exercising for atleast 30min a day and drinking alot of water would help....how much can i loose for jr year?......and for my senior prom i really wanna be skinny...i mean healthy skinny....so n e advice?
Reply from Izzy, Age 13 - 05/16/06 - IP#: 68.46.182.xxx k well drink only like fat free plus or 1% milk, or light yogut or sugar free pudding for calcium, drink about 6-8 glasses of water a day you will losse water weight, i exercise 30min too pilates is great for toning. u don't hvae to count calories if u join weight watchers they are healthy and teach you how to eat in the real world not a fad diet or anything. good luck!

Also, you might want to exercise more than 30 minutes, as the more you sweat and stuff, the more you burn, the more you loose! I swim for 2 hours a day, and I play soccer and run on track, maybe if you arent playing a sport, you should look into it. It really helps.
