get exercise videos or join a sport that interests you or see if your parents will let you join a gym.

I *blushes* sit in front of my TV for at least 3 hours, 3-5 nights a week watching baseball... and here's what I do... I sit on the floor directly in front of my couch and I #1)stretch #2)(this is hard to explain) Get into a squatting position in front of the couch facing towards the tv. Place the backs of your forearms on the couch (from your elbow to your pinky) and put your weight on your arms (feet still on the floor, pointing towards the tv) now walk your feet forward until you're doing like a crab position and your butt is dipped a little... now push your pelvis towards the ceiling. You can modify anything to make it more comfortable but try to make sure that only your pelvic area moves (your upper legs will move too.) keep your stomach tight (that parts hard) and do like 3 sets of 20 or however many you can. #3) durring commercials I do jumping jacks or jog around my couch. #4) stretch again. Try walkign its cheap ,free and effective and it can be done anywhere in the world .Get yourself a step counter and aim for 10,000 steps a day and the weight will come off in no time.
