Ht. 5'2", Wt. 200 - Ugh I wish I still had my scale! Anyway i'm really sore from exercising yesterday. Mostly my stomache and legs. AHHH! It hurts. You know when you lay on your back and put your legs up in the air and act like you're riding a bike (not sure what it's called) but that's what made me so flippin' sore. Yesterday I went to figuremagazine.com and I started thinking "Hey, maybe i'm actually meant to be fat, I need to accept it and eat whatever I want" but no...i'm not at all happy with the way I look (body wise) I was so tempted to grab that pizza yesterday but I grabbed the fruit instead..I had to think twice. I saw this really huge lady a few weeks ago and I asked my daughters dad if I was that big and he told me I used to be! When I was pregnant. I was 275-280lbs! I still can't believe that. Somehow all of that fell off until I was 230lbs..and that's when I started exercising and whatnot and now i'm 200..probably under that now. I need to buy a new scale. Ok sorry for rambling.

We had pizza last night for dinner--I had half of half of a piece just to get rid of the craving. Than i had salad... i hate pizza ( actually i LOVE pizza) I love feeling sore because than i know i was actually working my muscles!!

i like people that ramble they make sence lol you know you choosing the fruit over the pizza doesnt just show self control but it shows you respect yourself enough to go for what you know you deserve keep it up
