Ht. 5'2, Wt. 159 - Ok, so you know the Special K diet? well what if you switch the cereal to Honey Nut Cheerios? Like except for the Special K cereal it'll be Honey Nut Cheerios but the same eating routine as the Special K Diet? ...you know? Will it still work? because Honey nut Cheerios are really healthy also.

Reply from Hannah, Age 16 - 05/17/06 - IP#: 68.229.174.xxx I tried the special K and it DOESNT work. Because you eat 2 meals of cereal and one regular meal, but you miss alot of important nutrients! I lost like 5 pounds and then gained it right back
