Ht. 6'0, Wt. 205 - ok havent been on in a while so ill update you breakfast-half a meal replacement bar lunch-i dont eat lunch snack-a couple peices of turkey dinner-im not sure yet prob a salad from arbys w/out the dressing...excercise-rana a half mile walked a half mile and 700 CRUNCHES!...ouch! ohh and flavored water all day. so my dad said i need to start eating more but my mom says that im doing just fine...what do you think?

You need to eat alot more. consume AT LEAST 1200 calories or else you'll just gain MORE weight.
