Ht. 1.61m, Wt. 172lbs or 78 kg's - Hi there..!!!This is the first time i'm writing here..Actually i'm kind of frustrated.. :( ..I've started my strategies to loss weight about a month ago..I was 174lbs or 80 kg's..I'm starting to feel dissapointed cause my weight isn't decreasing..I only managed to lost 2 kg's or 4lbs..!!And i'm getting confused wheter i should concentrate in my effort to decrease my weight or should i concentrate on my studies..:(...Can anyone help me...!!!

I know that it is not always possible to chose both, you only have 24 hours in a day! So what should you do? I have no idea. I am struggling with the same thing. I, personally, am choosing to concentrate on school right now (still eating right, but not as much exercise) and hit the exercising hard in the summer. You might decide that's not what is best for you and your future. I can't really tell you what is best for you. Just think about your future. What will be best for you?
