Ht. 5'7, Wt. 180ish - is snacking on special k ok?? like i get hungry and i dont know what else to snack on..i dont like veggies except for corn and not a lot of fruit either..help?

i get those special k muchies things to snack on. they come in a box that has indavidual packages in it. they are like cereal flavered granola crackers.
