Ht. 5'5', Wt. 201 - Hey guys! i havent been on for a while, i had been doing great and got down to 199 but for like 5 days straight ive been eating whatever i want, whenever i want, and how much i want and im suprised that i only went back up to 201..(my start was 212. so yeah thats weerd, but tomorrow i start again. BY THE BY I READ THIS (YOGURT IS NOT ACTUALLY AS HEALTHY AS PEOPLE THINK IT IS) MOST YOGURT HAS 7 SPOONFULLS OF SUGAR! wow crazy right..? hmm..by the way. HI IZZY, CLAIRE and JUELZ :)

HEY TERESA!!! yeah u only gained back 2lbs so just try to burn it off i remember for a while i was like 179 then 181 ya know. and i know look at alll that SUGAR! well i try to get 3 different sources of calcium: usally a yogurt, milk, and a pudding, and sometimes cheese. anywyas good luck an i think i finally broke the plateu!
