Ht. 5'4, Wt. Too much - Well I get bummed out because I have all this studying to do, but I am trying to lose loads of weight. I then realize that the important thing is that i am living a healthy lifestyle. even if it takes until this time next year to be where I want to be, its okay. Plus I also realized that my grades are almost where I want them to be and I have absolutly no plans for the summer. I am going to work hard during the summer when I have no exams or anything. I am planning on doing a mix of running, walking, tae bo and weight lifting daily, plus a balanced diet. I tried vegetarianism, but its hard to follow constantly so i decided to just limit myself down to meat once a week or every other week. It will probably be easier to go veggie when i am in college =D Bye love ya'll

sounds like me! yeah, "diets" are crap a healthy lifestyle is the real secret, you can a treat every night in small amounts and still loose weight (like me) yeah during the summer i'm going to the great campe it'll help me in math plus they have lots of sports and activities daily! (and guys!)
